The men asked: “Who will you appoint to govern Mecca?” Omar, May Allaah be pleased with him, replied: “To [Ibn Abza].” They asked him: “And who is [Ibn Abza]?” Also Omar, may Allaah be pleased with him, replied: “A slave freed from those we liberated.” They highlighted: “Will you leave a freed slave at the head of the People of the Valley (the noble tribes of [Quraish])?” Omar, May Allaah be pleased with him, replied: “In fact, He is a reciter of [the holy quran] the [Book of Allah] and is knowledgeable about the obligations of Muslims. Have you not heard Prophet Muhammad’s affirmation,[ Sallallahu ‘alaihi Wa Sallam]:’ Surely Allah raises some people by this Book [ the Holy Quran ]and lowers others by it learn Arabic letters ‘? ”
The people of the Quran are the best people

Certainly, Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Mim is a letter. “Therefore, learn Arabic letters increase your recitation of the Qur’an to gain these merits, as well as those that follow it.
